Wellness events & fitness sessions are offered through in-person classes and on-demand classes.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Class cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges or loss of session credits.​

4. Membership Terms

• Memberships require a minimum commitment of 4 weeks.

• Upfront payment plans are non-refundable and non-transferable​

5. Liability Waiver

By booking and attending sessions, users acknowledge that:

• Participation is voluntary, and all risks related to physical activity are assumed.

• REFS PILATES LTD is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health conditions arising from participation.

• Any relevant medical conditions must be disclosed before attending sessions.

6. User Conduct

All users must:

• Respect staff, trainers, and fellow members.

• Not misuse or tamper with the on-screen class settings.

• Follow studio rules and hygiene protocols​

7. Age Restrictions

Users must be at least 18 years old to book and attend classes.

Users 14-17 years can attend with an adult.

8. Payment & Refunds

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

• Membership fees are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of OREN Wellness Limited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law, and any disputes will be handled in UK courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Any changes will be communicated through the app.

10.Health & Safety

Use of the reformer machines, pilates accessories and studio amenities is at your own risk. You must be in good physical condition and have no medical reasons preventing you from safely using Pilates equipment.

If you're pregnant, recovering from injury, or unsure of your fitness, please consult a medical professional before use.

You are responsible for knowing how to operate the reformer machine safely. No in-person instruction or supervision is provided on-site. All new users must watch the introduction video or have an induction.

Keep the area tidy and free of obstructions to avoid injury.

To ensure the safety of all of our customers, we have installed a ring doorbell which is linked to our owners. If at any time you feel you need to bring your safety to our attention, please ring the bell. This will be monitored during opening hours only. Please note that this is for emergencies only. Any misuse of the ring doorbell may result in revoked access without refund.

11.Hygiene & Conduct

Please wipe down equipment before and after use using the products provided.

Wear clean grip socks and appropriate workout attire.

Respect others using the space and maintain a calm, quiet environment.

 12. Studio Access & Security

Access is granted only to paying customers via the app.

The studio is monitored by CCTV for safety and security.

Do not share access with anyone. Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and our app, including our logos, images, text is the property of REFS PILATES LTD and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is prohibited.
